Susana Schnarndorf is a professional Brazilian swimmer and mother of three, whose world comes crashing down when diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy, a degenerative disease. Susana sets out to qualify for the Paralympic Games, a goal which maps out her journey in a race to survive, but leaves Susana wondering at the cost to relationships with her family.
