Camille has become a peasant, as they say of someone living off the land. She chose the Creuse, the second least populated department of France, a harsh and supple, laborious and luminous land. She experiences a growing rejection of the agricultural standards that control her production. Raising her three children, taking care of her animals and her plants, will always be more important than the yield. Mirroring this, children also learn to make choices in the face of the standards imposed on them by school.
