For many years, Ivan Vasyliovych has been the trade union leader at IvanoFrankivskTeploKomunEnergo, a municipal heating company in western Ukraine. His magnum opus is the trade union choir for mechanics, repairmen, dispatchers, bookkeepers and other employees.
